| Display issues... |
There is one big issue to still tackle, dispaly on different browsers. Sorry to announce (but you could have guessed) that I still use IE. You ask why I'm sure. Here is my answer, I have good spyware blockers (Javacools spywareblaster!). And really that is it. Plus it is in the memory from explorer. Yes I know linux very well, however, I have another box for that. Anyway, I really need to make the menus look proper using firefox. And even the new opera is messing the site up even more. Don't ask why I have opera but not ff. So, that will be the last update before the distro. Sorry for the delay, but school is hard. I've designed had to design a full processor in 2 weeks, much fun I might add. Anyway, so, I have ff installed right now, time to work. EOF
UPDATED: FIXED, except that it is 4:30am... But it looks nice now. Sill padding issue with css implementation that isn't really standardized yet. For all you ff people, enjoy!

| Next idea for ProtonCMS |
Here is my next idea after all the major issues are fixed... XSLT. As templates are really dead, this is the new way to make the site look like you want it, especially without hacking up so much code. So after I get a few distros out, look for the new ProtonCMS 3.0 to contian xml and xslt.
Also, I am currently writing a manual for manual install and how to operate ProtonCMS. The installer is done, bulletproofing is needed now. Estimated time?? 2 weeks, since I have a test Friday, next Tuesday and Wednesday, and 2 major projects on Monday. Email me with any questions. EOF

| Installer near completion! |

The installer will be finish by next weekend. I am working out the sql importer script, and once that is done, I will put the distro up. I also fixed a major bug in the menu system when a webpage id was 0. Demo site is fixed too. EOF.

Hey everyone, I am almost done with the installer. What does this mean for you? A distro! Yes, it has been to long, and I will now put one out. It will be as the site says, v1.9.4DV (DV = distro version). This will have all the features the site currently has, so get on the demo page and look at what it can do. Please contact me if you downloaded it, because I just want to track how many people download it right now, before I implement a new counter. I'm excited, and I hope you all are too. | So Busy.... |
Yet again, I have been really busy. I have done one minor update to the css to make it compatible for older browsers, just because I came across the fix online. In less than a month, I should be able to update the page more. I will be back in school from my co-op, and have more time during the day to update the site. So until then, there will not be many updates. Please let me know if you want the distro, I will make one for you, since I don't have any real one currently. Other than that, update the demo page with anything, and enjoy.
